David Soorholtz
President

  • Over 30 years of experience as a marketing researcher working in animal health/nutrition

  • Founder and President of MarketSense, Inc. 1997-2015

  • Managing Director of Kleffmann North America 2015-2018

  • 16+ years as a salesperson, brand manager, marketing director and business development manager (Syntex, Diamond, Boehringer Ingelheim)

  • B.S. in Animal Science from Iowa State University plus executive coursework in marketing and market research

  • Grew up in a purebred Angus beef cattle operation

Becca Morrow
Sr. Project Manager

  • Over 10 years as a marketing researcher working in animal health/nutrition

  • Previous work with Adayana Agribusiness Group, Beck Ag and Kleffmann Group

  • Additional background in strategic planning, influence marketing, and marketing planning across the entire ag value chain

  • Managed major comprehensive integrated livestock quality management system – from site assessment, SOP development, training to audit

  • B.S. Agribusiness & Applied Economics, The Ohio State University

  • Active partner in family’s farming operation
